I can appreciate the ripple effect of giving affirmations to students as they do well and progress, the feedback lets the know they are doing it corrctly. I love the smile and light in their eyes as they work and see me smile and compliment them. 

I see even when I work with kids of special needs, they need to feel a since of fairness, honesty and kindness in the classroom for others. 

I love when I see the students challenge themselves and complete their goals and get the grades they desire. They demonstrate grit, persistence and hard work. 

I feel we all are driven as human to utilize the PERMA in our lives. 

Technology is imperative to all workplace career and workplace readyness, ever nurses. 

The course reinforces the team work and good verbal and written communication.

Criticsl thinking is ideal and nessassary in parts of nursing frequentyl in our day. I love asking students to team brainstorm and collaborate ideas.
