I have learned that students have to take responsibility for their own learning and I have to be a good facilitator in order for them to accomplish that task.

I have incorporated several techniques in order to keep everyone engage, seeing that students have different leanring styles.

This will help me to develop better grading rubrics. The rubric gives the student understanding of what is expected.

helping the student to identify their learning style is important in helping students to succeed.

This generation no matter at what level they are, expect to be spoon-fed the information, and when the professor dosn/t do that it reflected poorly on them as an instructor. I agreed that active learning is one of the best methods to get the students involved.

I enjoyed going through this module and learning detail information that I was not aware of.

Now that we are all doing online teaching, this module has been an eye-opener for me pertaining to students with disabilities. I have learned of all the necessary tools out there that educator can access to help student online

It is very important that instruction know the law regarding disability accommodation.
