Activity

Gen Y and Gen Z both like to be involved in active learning.

I've learned that one generation is not any better than the other, todays generation just has more resources available.

I've learned that the instructor needs to be able to adapt and differentiate instruction according the the different generations one may have in the classroom.

I've learned that there a different ways of learning depending on what generation you are in.

I learned about different strategies when making decisions such as the watch dog technique. This involves separating the team members into groups. One group collaborates together on coming up with solutions to the problem, and the other group comes up with proposals as to why those approaches would be effective or not.

I believe that I'm naturally more of a manager, but the more confident I get in this role, the more I lead.
