A teacher cannot forget herself/himself in the crowd of teaching, the material, the delivery and the class content must be evolving and rearraged often to keep the momentum going. The attention of the student must be kept continuously and their input taken into consideration as the semester must continue as it started with the midn and spirit of everyone involved to the end.

I learn that adult students learn by experience and have acquired a lot of those experiences through life challenges. the class environment needs to be fun, and make the sutdents feel at ease for a better learning opportunity. The teacher needs to set up goals that are attainable to achieve and reach.

I understand that many facts are needed before one can determine the ability of one student to succeed on the classrom, both the teacher and the sutdent need an agreement of how his or her support can assist the student in achieving their goal and being successdul in the classroom. The techer is a facilitator and anot a babysitter in the process, and should not allow the complaints or dislikes of the student to cloud her views and to teach, she or he can help or direct the student to the resources to solve and resolve issues related to the… >>>
