Having completed my first on-line course as a n instructor, I can recognise many of the topics that have been presented and how they can be better implemented to further draw out the communication and collaboration among students. It is implrtant for the instructor to facilitate the discussion, but not overtake it.

Setting the tone early is key. It is very improtant to demonstrate to students how you would like to communicate. They should follow suit. It is helpful to present a netiqette guide so they are aware of these things. 

So far i have learned to truly appreciate the times we live in. while we have been forced into a completely remote learning environment, it has allowed us to venture out and seek new on-line learning tools and methods of communication. 

The information in these modules is so valuable. I am going to share them with my team so we can all recognize these tactics and hopefully mitigate them with the strategies provided

In this module I was albe to recognize several students according to their learning styles. The module also helped with strategies to improve their engagement in OL courses.

That was very insightful! Being new to the on-line environment, we are still getting used to all the tricks of the trade. I feel that using a video to introduce yourself in  great idea for the start of a new mod. This way the instructor isnt just some abstract mystery person. Great ideas!!

I have enjoyed this first module of the course. It is extremely helpful to see all the things we need to know centralized in these bulleted lists. I didn't even realize we knew so much about these courses.
