I agree with April Ford. The school exists for the students. The students don't exist for the school. Retention is everyone's business no matter what department you work in.

I found the same thing in class when I divide them in half. They pick their team name and we review Medical Terminology questions off the DVD. Harder questions have a hgher point value from 10-50 points. The last question you can wager all, some or none of your points. It's a make or break question. The students love it. It creates student bonding and team building.
