We should allow students to express themselves in their "mother language", if this helps them to learn. 

It is important that we not focus on solely a student's race, but them as a whole.

Athough we may have been taught a specific perception of a group, we must treat every individual as that. 

There are so many ways to assist the student through the learning process. 

There are multiple ways to interact with a student. We have to recognize when they are in need, even if they do not communicate this need to us. 

Attrition rates of the result of multiple factors. It is our responsibility to ensure we are understanding our students' needs to help retain them.

Rentention takes the efforts of all campus departments. 

There are many chances to engage students in their learning. I will use some of the ideas used in this course in order to promote a better learning environment. 

There are many ways to increase student engagment. As instructors, we must facilitate the learning process; however, it is up to the student to be engaged in their learning. 

Faculty must show students that they value them.
