If a student asks a question that we are not 100% sure about, it's better to show them the school approved written document that has the answer. I will make sure to keep all resources handy for reference to student questions.

It is important for all Schools and their personnel to follow all Local, State, and Federal Laws and Regulations. Staying away from misrepresentation is not only the right thing to do but It's also a way to gain trust from the public, future students, Active students, and graduates.

Doing the Right Thing | Origin: CM102

Like any other Law and Regulation, the National Do Not Call Registry was organized for a reason. It's important that all businesses for-profit or non-profit, follow these regulations. As a frontline employee making 100-150 calls per day, it is important that I learn and follow these regulations to protect my company and because it is the RIGHT THING to do for the prospective students. Awesome course!!
