It is everyone’s role as an employee of this company to provide a supportive environment. There are specific practices that are unique to each department. To build on that supportive environment, we should be actively involved in partnering with each other to provide consistent support. To prepare ourselves individually we need to ask questions and listen for the root cause of any barriers the students may be facing. After collecting the information we need to then communicate with each other to determine how we can support the student moving forward.
