I too, Personally I remind myself that there are things I cannot change or have control over. These things I try not to allow them to overcome me. I roll with the punches as much as possible unless my intergrity is compromised. I too try to make the best out of most situations and stay positive. When I can no longer do this in my work enviornment, then I know its time for a change and a change of strategies.
