At the end of each sourse I choose a part of my instruction that could be better and take steps to enhance my instruction each time I instruct a new course

 Ambigious student behavior is the least favorite aspect of my job, but if handled correctly and in some cases have a can have a positive outcome for the instructor and student. At the end of the day we as instructors sometime have to walk in our student shoes to gain understanding of what is driving the negative behavior.

There will always be the students that make you question your decision to become and educator, but at the end of the day these students can easily handeled by not providing opportunities to create disruption but moving the class at a pace that elimates these opportunities.

Student want to know what the exspectations are and that you will enforce them. If student find that you are inconsistent with the exspectations they will not respect the exspectiations

Class preparation will make or break your class. You only have so much time to convey the content that meet academic requirements and not being prepared for the class wastes time that could be utilized working with students.

Setting the student at ease the first day will be benefical for the up comming classes. Students will look forward it comming to class.

A syllabus need to contain all information that will inform the student what he or she will need to be sucessful in you course. It also gives the student institutional materials and resources that the student can use in the event assistance with certain course content is needed.

Its not just what you know but how you present it to the students and how you present yourself. Be mindful of these aspects and strive to be the professional leader that you students exspect.

Tecnology helps the student to relate classroom to the real world effectively. Giving the studet a trainer that mimics on the job realities creates a shorter transistion between the academic environment and the real world enviroment.

Plannin is a ongoing process. Always try to find ways to imporve the carriculum, we want to insure student get the most "bang for thier buck"
