This lesson definitely helped me gain a new perspective of what our students experience at the end of our programs. I feel like I have the tools to help students in the interview process from start to finish by providing them this knowledge and being able to support them to success.

This module taught me more about the importance of accreditation and function of the supporting entities that back up the professionalism of our school. I also learned the importance of maintaining the integrity of these entities and our school by always presenting the most truthful and accurate information to our students at all times.

More thorough voicemails are more likely to get a response. Clarity and likeability are the best ways to encourage a student to call back and set an appointment.

I learned that persistency is a big part of overcoming objections. Describe the feeling, normalize and neutralize is the biggest take away I got from this video. Empathy has a lot to do with closing the apppointment.

See the end before you begin. Having clear goals and understanding of what the student could be potentially interested in is the most important takeaway I got from Outbound calls. Being persistent without aggressive salesmanship is something I hope to master moving forward.

Positive tone and supporting questions go a long way. Knowing the best approaches to get someone to set an appt are key to success in Inbound calls.

Comfortability with any potential objections is key. Especially figuring out what other people may be involved in the decision making process.

The importance of staying up to date on all policies is so relevant to giving accurate information to students. In order to stay compliant, one must be well versed in policies and also know resources to give students the correct answers.

I learned the importance of knowing your programs and make easy transitions to fit your student's needs. It is important to stay up to date and knowledgeable to provide the best information to your students at all times.

Following regulations and rules is of utmost importance regarding enrollment paperwork and refund policies. Be thorough in your presentation and make sure the student and joining party (parent, etc.) are willing and able to understand full required presentation of information being provided to the student. It is extremely important to take these procedures seriously and not cut corners.
