Clarity and relevance are important in note taking. We are not the sole audience of our case notes, and we need to be sure that our notes are satisfactory for all who may need to reference them.
Again, accuracy is critical. Perfection is impossible, and we can expect mistakes, but the more diligent we are with ensuring an effective workflow and checking our accuracy can lead to more reliable data.
Accuracy and consistency is everything. This requires adequate training and making sure everyone is on the same page. Definitions need to be clear and objective so there is no confusion!

Performance Groups in the Lounge are integrated with related learning opportunities offered on these portals. With a few exceptions, Performance Groups are also publicly available to any member of the Lounge to maximize peer-to-peer learning and performance outcomes.
