Activity

I learned that students will behave online much like they will behave in person. 

 

I realize now that when evaluating student learning it is best to use asynchronous communication. Students who are unsure about content will be less likely to contribute in a synchronous situation. 

 

I learned that it is most important to showcase my experience and credentials when presenting myself to my students at the start of the course. Also, that I need to establish a personal connection to each student early in the course. 

 

I plan to learn a few more skills in my LMS (like how to delete discussion posts and how to generate an activity report).
