This course is always instrumental in making sure we remember what we do, and how we do it. It's a nice "refresher" course to ensure that we are providing a quality education, and doing it the right way.

This is my 3rd time recertifying, and I have learned something new each time I've taken the course. Very helpful and informative, and I look forward to next year's certification. I'm sure I'll pick up something I missed this time.
