I learned that providing positive and constructive feedback, encouraging reflection and keeping students motivated are important for student success. I plan to apply these strategies in my CTE classes by recognizing student progress, offering helpful feedback and encouraging them to learn from their mistakes. 

I learned that inclusive classroom practices help create a welcoming and supportive environment where all students feel respected, valued and comfortable participating. I plan to apply this to my CTE classes by incorporating different teaching strategies, encouraging student participation and providing additional support when needed. 

I have learned that active learning and hands on instruction help students stay engaged, build confidence and better understand what they are learning. 

I learned that understanding students individual needs, backgrounds, and learning preferences is important to keep them engaged and motivated. I plan to apply this in my CTE classes by using a variety of teaching strategies including hands on activities, real world scenarios etc. I want to create a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable learning at their own pace.
