I have learned different ways of giving lectures to students.

It is important to know a little something about each student so an instructor will know how ot give examples in class.

It is important for the students to know what they will be learning in a guide like the syllabus.

I have learned that there are many ways to engage students.  I have also learned how to be an instructor by motviating, engaging, and encouraging the students.
