I learned that there are many delivery methods and i have to formulate a style that fits my abilities best. 

Class preparation is going to be one of the keys to being a successful instructor.  Try to tap into my teaching style and work on my weaknesses white utilizing my strengths.

This module demonstrated to me that i shouldnt overthink my inexperience as an instructor and get thrown off my A game.  Take the same structured approach to becoming a quality technician and everything else should fall into place.

I learned that even though there are several "bad actor" students they should all be handled with a systematic approach.  Create an environment that doesn't leave much room for them to cheat or disrupt.  Having clear rules and regulations with consequences for cheating also helps.

I learned that there is going to be a multitute of student "distractors" and to sucessfully deal with them will take a systematic approach.  Not all of the types of students are bad.  They just need an energy redirector.

I have learned that setting yourself up to be sucessful starts with preparation.  Let the students know what is expected of them and what the objectives will be.  The section about late and missed assignments was very helpful because it shined a light on how to make the student responsible for their actions while at the same time giving them a chance.
