This is wonderful that there are so many wonderful video resources. Do you ever get challenged from students that they could do this on their own online, so why are they paying for their education like this?  I'm from a Trade College and anytime you aren't delivering every piece of information to them directly, they start complaining that they aren't getting their money's worth. just getting them to read or study is almost impossible. This is something I've noticed with the Millenials especially.   No drive or interest in their own learning and accountability for it.

We also don't have the  current set-up for video production.  I think it would be marvelous to invest in faculty training to learn to not just record a live class lecture, but to specially produce lectures for online viewing. Curriculum writing would really change with dividing the didactic lecture portion for home and the hands on in class. I love this idea and look forward to learning more and investigating the type of budget needed to incorporate this.
