I learned about developing a syllabus and learning scaffolding. 

It's important to make sure things are customized to your students and that you as the instructor know the material and the format.

I learned about the various types of students who will become difficult in the online classroom setting and how to best help them learn and not disrupt other students.

I learned about the differences between synchronous and asynchronous learning, and how to adjust to each student's learning style.

This module taught me about communication with students that accomplishes both relationship builiding as well as establishment of authority and presence as the instructor.

I learned general knowledge and tips for delivery of an online class, including how to minimize student frustration and maximize efficiency.
