E-learning is a new concept for me as a teacher. I have had several online courses throughout my education and some were great and others were not.  I think that E-learning can be very good for students because we live in a technology-driven world.  Most of my students are very computer savvy and love social media. One obstacle that I have face is keeping my students motivated and engaged in their assignments. I have also had issues with the students completing their work. This section focuses on the 4 different learning techniques. I can see how all of these methods would increase student attainment. Using a variety of techniques allows many different opportunities for students. 

I utilize both transformational and cooperative learning in my classes but I do feel that most students prefer cooperative learning. I sometimes struggle getting those that are not as motivated to so show growth and attainment. 

The subjects that I teach allow me to do a lot of "real life" type instructions. I think this helps tie all the pieces together and helps the learning process.  I find that I reach most of my students through hands-on learning and while we do fun assessment-type activities. 

 

Being able to adapt to various learning styles is crucial to student success.  Incorporating various learning techniques makes learning fun and retainment achievable. I have found it difficult to incorporate various methods during this school year.  My students seem to enjoy the different learning activities that I have implemented.
