I've learned a number of considerations to consider when making multiple choice answers, and plan to implement them.

I've learned how to identify the different ways we cope with stress.

Juggling work and school stresses me out.

I have learned way's to organize my classes especially if I teach them often.

This module showed me that even immediacy can negatively impact my time management.

I learned how to approach students with disabilities since it is completely ok to acknowledge any physical abilities only if the questions pertain to how classroom instruction will be given.

I will begin to understand and take notice of universal design, in order to implement my course design to give better access to as many people as possible

I learned the criteria of accommodation for common people with disabilities is only required if the accommodation will impact the way in which the instruction is given or not doing so will limit the idividual's ability to comprehend the material. For example, a blind person in a lecture will not necessarily need accommodations during the instruction lecture, however access to the facility should be accommodated.

I've taken away from this module that preparing summary sheets for my lecture is a great way to keep focused on the major learning objectives of the day.

I have learned that an important strategy to help students acclimate to their new environment is to greet them at the beginning of the course.
