Once you've set your mind on something and have gathered enough information, your subconscious will be working on possible solutions all the time, whether you realize it or not, even while you sleep.
The overall crux of critical thinking is, "It's not how smart you are but how you are smart."
I believe that as instructors we need to foster a passion for learning and critical thinking. With discipline, a person will have collected sufficient information and developed viable solutions.
I have learned the importance of critical thinking and the importance of the information in shaping the opinion. The right information can help in taking the right decisions.

Performance Groups in the Lounge are integrated with related learning opportunities offered on these portals.
