It is important to provide a valid example of timeliness and feedback to the students in order to hold them accountable to punctuatlity and deadlines.  There is no harm in taking notes as the instructor during class in order to ensure that follow up that was promised to a student in deed takes place.

As a new educator, it will be important for me to openly receive feedback from those in my class so I can modify and make improvements to my education presentation in order to promote effective learning among my learners.
