Activity

Requires clear expectations, consistent communication, and organized course structure to support student success. I plan to apply this by maintaining clear guidelines and being proactive in addressing student needs.

Engaging learners online requires creating interactive experiences and encouraging active participation. I plan to use more discussions and timely feedback to keep students involved and motivated.

One key takeaway for me is that projecting presence online requires being intentional about communication and engagement. Regular updates, timely feedback, and participation in discussions help students feel supported and connected. I also see the value in using a warm tone and adding short videos to humanize the course.

I learned that how you deliver content really matters, not just what you teach, so mixing up methods and keeping things engaging can make a big difference. I want to be more intentional about how I present material so students stay interested and actually understand it better.

I learned that the first class really sets the tone, so it’s important to be organized, approachable, and clear about expectations. I plan to use that first meeting to build a good connection with students and get everyone comfortable right from the start.

Having clear objectives and expectations just makes everything run smoother. Students know what they’re working toward, and it helps avoid confusion so everyone stays on the same page from the start

I learned how important it is to be organized, flexible, and mindful of different learning styles as an instructor.
