Inclusionary Dimension--Am I in or am I out? There is a constant gravitational pull for people to feel left out. 

I appreciated the idea of the 5 colored cards in class. 

I learned the WIIFW model (What's In It For Me Model). And, I am an educational salesperson. 

We generally only remember about 25% of what we hear.

We generally only retain 40% of what we read.

We can listen 4 times faster than we can speak.

Humans are wired with the ability to comprehend 5 to 7 items and after that the retention rate starts to drop dramatically. 

The way you introduce yourself will establish your position as a classroom leader. 

The one thing that I learned and appreciated the most...keep a notebook handy and on me at all times. 

Instructor roles include being a model, manager, and motivator. Also, don't come across as if I am the smartest in the classroom, because someone else may be more knowledgeable.
