It would be beneficial if I learned a few different teaching methods to incorporate within each other because everyone has a different form of learning.

It is beneficial to be straight forward to give the students a sense of where they're going and how they'll get there , introducing yourself to the class and the class to each other so they feel they are not a bunch of strangers sitting in a class.

Setting the tone for the beginning of the class that follows through with the same momentum through out the class shows consistency for the students and lets them know what to expect for future classes.

Model and motivate are big ones for me as it can change the view on how a student will learn and respect me as an instructor.
