Learning online teaching skills to be more effective is a resourceful course for me. It explains all the reasons for the experiences I was having when we had to switch to full synchronous teaching online. Also being a student at the same time it was very hard to manage my time for both schedules.

This couldnt have came at a better time.

These are good topics for me to learn the online teaching. Especially before I get to familiarize on our course management system. I am eager to learn the many ways I can communicate to my students online and effectively make their learning experience a successful one.

Funny, just the other day I was reflecting and it dawned on me the differences of the generations learning styles and influences that happened in the era that are generations had been exposed to. As I read this ed 117, I laughed when they described us Gen X'ers to the T. And this is before I had read this CEE course. Understanding the difference between the generations is a valuable tool in clinical instructing. Esp. when assessing thier needs.

As I was reading your activity idea on "eyes and ears?" I was already thinking on how I can use this method for our students in clinical practice. This would be an excellent method to be given every now and then to help our students build and strengthen on assessment skills. I also think when it is given at spur of the moment; surely they will be on thier toes with "eyes wide and ears open" at every clinical practice. Will let you know how it turns out. Thank You
