When going from F2F to online teaching, teachers need to consider a variety of learning stategies and types of instruction in order to engage students and meet their needs as learners.

Teachers should create an engaging community that motivate students and encourage participation.

Communication and organization is extremely important in online learning.  Clear expectations need to be communicated to students.

I learned that an instructor needs to learn about and become familiar with a variety of online learning tools and use what would best benefit their students in an online learning environment.
