I think it is important to recognize that being inclusive and recognizing multicultural backgrounds as an educator is not a one-time task, but requires ongoing learning and modification on my part.

As a way to have another perspective to offer to each genders, educators can provide “teaching moments” on the spot with students by asking males what is biased against females in the specific content or vice versa.
