Activity

I've learned that I've used a combination of the strategies and no one method meets everyones needs but it does allow you to see a greater outcome of involvement when applied.

I've learned to make sure student's are always aware of safety protocol and have access to it inside and outside of the classroom. I've also learned that you can be held liable even if you were away for just a minute.

Building relationships can generate positive results. Sometimes there are other underlining issues to a studens sudden outburst/change.

I learned that I'm not the only one that feel that mentorship is one of the greatest assets to have. You can learn valuable information form their experiences and can be the connecting point from one resource to another.

Understanding your role as a teacher goes beyond being a teacher. You are a role model rather you know it or not. I learned that my actions as a teacher can have an impact on students directly or indirectly and setting boundaries and a standard for myself will be a great benefit to my career and to our students.

I've learned that there are so many different ways to incorporate CTE. I also learned that I need to spend more time looking into different options because there is so much information that is available. I know that I need to make the connection that is necessary for learning at the secondary level so that students are able to make better decisions with selections at the post secondary level which can hopefully help with a career path.
