I learnt about syllabi and their main components.

I have learnt about the dynamics of both synchronous and asynchronous learning and how the instructors can handle both efficiently.

There are some important characteristics an online class must have such as structural integrity and self-centered learning

Multiple evaluations are needed to comprehensively evaluate the online courses.

The importance in rubrics while grading assignments - also the importance of providing individual feedback to the students with a rationale in the discussion posts.

I have learnt about 2 new concepts in teaching; Dynamic Syllabus and Scaffolding.

Dynamic syllabus means the syllabus will continue to be updated based on the developed course modules; scaffolding is building up on the student's prior knowledge.

I've learnt about the importance of being consistent when creating the course templates and modules. 

I've learnt about the different types of learners and how to effectively handle any issues with them.
