I Learned the importance of updating information about the college's directory so that i can continue serving students in the best way. As well as where to find the important information about our accreditations and policies. 

Ive learned the importance of seeing how our school is being marketed so we can better assist students. Also the importance of helping get the students introduced to other departments so that they can best be helped while here and after graduation

I learned about the information that should be covered by the catalog and admissions paperwork during the enrollment process and the importance of coming prepared to every interview.

I have learned the importance of maintaining the newest information on compliance as we are the direct line of information for incoming students.
