Helping the students in the classroom or clinical area is rewarding especially when the students acknowledge how much the help mattered.

The learning needs of the students matter and also providing the needs for their success is important.  Coming with a plan before each class and letting them talk and express what helps them learn I find is helpful.

I understand as an instructor the students need direction but letting them be independent and think is important for the basis of their learning needs.  Every student has different learning needs but it is good to set a presidence for the students learning styles.
