It was really important to me to take this class. I knew a lot of the information through my previous experience, but I am glad to discover new techniques that I can apply to the enrollment process I currently use.

Great class, hope to take more like it in the future.

I have to say, I knew the majority of this information already, thanks in part to some in-house Compliance training. I liked the format of the testing. The wording could get tricky and throw you off. Glad I did well with it, thought.
