I have learnt very interest facilitator skills, by example, the attrition management.  Is very important role to guarantee the participants will stay in the course until the end. 

I have learnt that it is not advisable to use the synchronous session to discuss difficult topics

Make feel the students comfortable and close among the participants, is a very strong way to mark the presence.

This part of the course has reminded me that is not enough to simply master the content; it is also necessary to know and master our institution's educational platform.
