I learned about making sure that you know the policies of what you can and cannot say to a student to make sure you are staying compliant.

I learned about the importance of completing the enrollment agreement correctly, explaining the cancellation and refund policy, and about not promising if transfer credits will be transferred in or if they will be accepted by another institution.

I learned that it is important to know the rules and regulations on the state you are enrolling students. Also, that you explain things to students in the correct way so that they have the correct idea and expectations of what to get out of their classes and what to expect in the field they work in.
