I really learned a lot from this program.  I believe I will use much of what I learned in the future.  I believe that being upfront and honest from the get-go is the best way to be.

I am always interested in learning more about soft skills. Hard skills are for most much easier to teach/learn, but the soft skills can be a challenge.

Love that we as instructors make sure to include our students in these processes!
