When forming groups it is important to have 6-8 students and create diverse goups.

It is important to be aware of your facial expressions and the tone of your voice.

I do a lot of probing and redirecting. When students dont provide the proper answer, I rephrase questions and probe by redirecting and eventually reaching the desired answer.

I tend to ask a large majority of questions in my lessons. What I see is that the open questions confuse them. Almost as if they do not know how to emphasize on their answer. I ask the open ended questions so they can give as much information with their answers as possible.

There are a large number of tests that can be used, based on the material that is taught.
