Planning ahead and managing time is important. It is also important to have set times to assit students so that you are not receiveing emails all night long.

Facilitating an online learning enviornment can be very taxing and time consuming if you are unorganized. It is important to stay focused, be organized and set a schedule to manage the workload.

We can't just use our standard in class lessons for online learning. We need to consider our students learning styles and what online strategies will work best for them. Then, we need to adjust our course framework to fit the virutal setting.

Learning virtually can be challenging so it is important for teachers to be facilitators. We need to communicate with our students and give appropriate feedback so that they are able to succeed.

It is imporant to figure out which method of teaching works best for the students and course. While my county is using a combination of the asyncronous and syncronous, I think it is important to identify which lessons should be live and pre-recorded.

It is important to identify which technology tools that you have and learn how to implement them in the best way. Not every tool will be necessary to use depending on what students have access too. You also have to think about training students how to use the technology as well.
