Activity

It is a constant learning curve as I mentioned before, admissions staff need to stay up to date with policies, regulations and new material relevant to prospective students form their institutions

Not every institution handles marketing, or even advertises policies and procedures equally, and they don't have to. However, it is important that they all present information that is relevant for prospective students in order to assist them in making an informed decision

Every institution has their own policies and procedures, and even guidelines for each individual's enrollment process. However, it's still useful to have previous or standard parameters to be prepared and make sure we assist a prospective student from every front

Working in admissions so far has taught me that training is not a one-time thing, but a constant learning curve where we to need to stay up to date with new rules, regulations and programs adjustments within institutions to be able to provide the best possible advice for potential students.
