Activity

I have learned that we should factor in the journey of our students. They are not the traditional student so we need to be respectful and mindful that their learning styles will be different from what we typically would assume from in a student. We should be open and listen to their needs, support them in a way we can and help facilitate their learning to the best of our abilities. 

By arriving to class early also gives the professor an opportunity to engage with the students in a different light. They will be able to establish better rapport and see how the students interact with one another.

The students come first. We need to learn how to be flexible and work with them according to their learning style.
