Excellent Jill! I'm glad task prioritization is working so well for you. Do talk to your supervisor about continuing education for lesson plans. A little training can go a long way.
That sounds like a tough situation Daniel. Some people really only can find time to exercise on their breaks. It's better than nothing though so just go for it when you can.
You've really got to do what's best for you Thomas. If exercise is not an option, that's ok. It sounds like you have found other outlets that work just as well.
These are all great ideas Ricardo. I'm particularly curious to learn about your impression of Quixstar. It sounds like one of the best methods for automating grading.

Often times, instructors experience role or task ambiguity and this can be stressful. Gaining clarity on co-worker expectations is key in minimizing stress. Just taking 15 minutes to get on the same page can be a great investment.
It's great when you can find ways to replace unhealthy coping mechanisms with healthy ones Jill. Yoga is a great substitute for unhealthy eating.
This sounds like a great plan Marshall. Taking a moment to step back an reevaluate can make your future so much better.

I like the way you break down your stressors Marshall. That's a great approach and one that probably serves you well.
This is an important point Anthony. Sometimes tasks that we think will be handled quickly can end up taking a great deal of time. It's often good to schedule in some buffer time to account for the unexpected.
This sounds like an excellent plan Nancy! Outdoor yoga is particularly nice because you get fresh air too.
