As a student myself, the course just related to why i am going back to school.  Also it stated a lot of things that my students tend to say for what their motivation is.  Life experiences for sure plays a key roll in how someone behaves, learns and so much more. 

I understand the time management.  Between recently having a baby and being promoted my time is limited.  I plan out my days and somtimes things dont go as planned so i have to a little adjusting.  Mr. Williams is correct we say we don't have time to do things but really it's all about set schedule.  I know i thought i couldnt go to the gym anymore once i returned to work well that was wrong.  I created a specific time frame for when i return home to go to the gym.  It's like at work i know i have… >>>

I found this module beneficial as well.  It not only helps you see what you can do in the work place to help the business and students but how you can use it in your own personal life. 

I have done some online courses for college and loved them.  There was one course i tried to do online but couldn't.  I think it depends on person, instructor and course.  I have to say it wouldnt be easy being an instructor for an online course.

I agree.  I think creativeity in the classroom or even hands on can keep students more interested.  Rewards always seem to pay off with students.
