Im reminded that being a lifelong learner is linked to mmy professional skills. anfd the different methods of becomming a lifelong learner are many.

Have the students write a blog and then have them rewrite the blog after the lecture and hands on presentation to see how their attitude can change with learning. have them share theirt blog outloud in class to stimulate conversation or idealogical enlightenment.

Great knowledge for me to have to help in teaching my students how to write or improve writting skills and is helping me with my skills as well. we all have room for improvement.

Writing SOAP notes is an important skill for all Therapists. time consuming and necessary for Medical Records and Insurance Records.in a Clinical setting.

I intend to apply this as a lecture for my students to improve their self Management during clinicals this week. how they can be better prepared as a professional Therapist to be successful.

I have learned skills to help me improve as an instructor in the classroom and with co workers. It has also helped me to recognixze the areas i can improve on in resolving conflict. Emotional Intelligence is something that has to be on the forefront of our radar and kept under control. We dont get to choose the students we teach so we need to be more emapathic and on top of our game to be more effective for all the students. If i have a student that is difficult then it needs to be addressed immediately.

IT skills will jumpstart a new business and be cost effective if the student can market themselves with information technology skillset.Learning how to navigate through software to be able to put together their ow advertisement and keep track of the business paperwork.

I will help the students engage in group activitys to enhance developement their collaborative skills in working side by side at sports massage events.

allows for them to build better communication skills needed to work efficiently and productively.

builds confidence in meeting strangers.

gives them inspiring peer group pressure to perform better.

giving them opportunities to work alone for some students can be just as effective.

Well im thankful that i have been doing classroom activities and assignments over the years that are stimulating the students to be critical thinkers. Im preparing class lectures for the students to be more efficient at assessment skills. Teaching them how to write soap notes and think quickly about a plan for the treatment of Sport Injuries.HAving them create their own sign up sheets and discovering business marketing tools.
