We definitely cant be Captain Save A Student, but identifing the signs early on that a student is struggling is part of our job. To nip it in the bud early is the key to helping the student succeed.

Student Stress!

Stress is a result much of the time of trying to control things we can't. Learning to cope with it is the only way to win the battle against it. Some things just cannot be changed or helped so you have to learn to go with it!

Learning the hard way!!

Students today seem to have to learn by their mistakes. ie: lost opportunity. Until they dont have a second chance (No reset button in the real world) They then begin to realize that eventually time will run out. Mom & Dad or the job, or opportunity for education wont be available forever!

On top of the Game!

To stay on top, an instructor must be prepared for the unexpected as well as the unexpected. One must adapt to changing environments. Different student behavior & attitudes should have as little impact on the progress of your course plan if your on top of your Game!
