A Blog can be used as a great educational tool for students. They can express thier thoughts easier and might be more apt to ask questions or raise concerns they might not have in person.

I never considered Twitter a "Microblog". Interesting take on that. I wonder how students feel about Twitter in regards to using it for educational purposes.

Flexible Rubric and an Open Mind

Be sure that you are using Social Media with your students in a productive way, Don't do it to look cool.

This module provided very good information on behavior management for E-Learning. I think this is a area of need for a lot of educators who are new to this learning path and it was the most helpful module for me so far.

I think the Information about asynchronus and synchronous was very good and something I never thought about in those terms.

E-Learning is fundamentally the same as in person. Meaning that you have to get to know each and everyone of your students so that you can connect with them. The more invested you are in them, the more effective you will be in teaching them.

Basically just common sense stuff. Knowing all aspects of what you are doing will make E-Learning successful for yourself and your students.
