Reading through this course, it's open my awareness of how, when busy, sleep, nutrition, exercise and meditation are usually the things I put on the 'back burner'. Always thinking 'I'll do that when there's time... Or when things have calmed down.' This was a pleasant call out. Reminding me of the simple thing as taking a moment to be grateful. It takes time to see the changes of yourself work, and there may be set backs, but the end is worth it.
