I learned the importance of knowing what services the school offers such as career services, library resources, academic assistance, and orientation. 

I learned the importance of making a checklist and being sure that you have all the required information from your student before they are fully enrolled. Also, the importance of keeping a student record, organized, and stored properly. 

I learned why it's important to go through this training and what the important terminology to know is.
