Even online courses will have students conduct themeselfs in different behaviors. 

It is important to establish a relationship with students even for an online class. This will also help with keeping the student engaged in the class. 

Most students who are e-learning will feel a greater sense of comfort and security since they can do the course online away from strangers. 

It is important to implements many teaching styles so students do not get bored. Also not every student likes the same methods and some students may benefit from different learning styles. 

As hard as it may seem to learn names it is very important. Learning your students names will make them feel special thus wanting to come to class more. 

It's important to plan ahead, look at you student roster try to learn names ahead of time. If your not to sure about name pronunciation, this is why getting to class early is important you have the time to talk to your students ahead of time. You can also see who arrives on time and who doesn't.  

This module was very help full, I appreciate the reminder to instructors that we should not try to prove that we are the smartest ones in the room. Stay humble and professional with the students, and focus on the schools goal.
